After much stewing and brewing inside my brain, I've decided to put off my "Maple Ridge Zoo" build until I finish building my new PC so it will be able to handle all custom content I have installed, because my HP laptop isn't really cutting it. I've started trying out different ideas in deserted parks so I can get a feel for what I want my finished product to look like, and I had the idea of making a staff checkpoint that's also a decorative (pseudo) treehouse. I tried to go all-out on the interior, and had to get creative with the fireplace especially, using torch-type lamps which I placed under the elevated path so they clipped through it and made it look like an open flame, then I hid the lamp posts with Zeta-Designs' fabulous stone building set. I really liked the aesthetic I ended up with, and am looking forward to building more treehouses in future builds.
