I know everyones views on it who've commented here, and now you're +1 to theHunter family so i'd like to know what you think too. I take it when you say "Not active" you actually mean Loopy is sleeping and at school? :S I did get round to watching your video Redtail ( :P ), and I have to say, I really did enjoy it! Although, as you said, you didn't use many techniques, it was nice to witness your style of hunting :) Nice Moose you got there! Big rack 'o antlers xD |

A dolphin don't look confused isn't it? I'm still a dolphin but with a confused face like a zebra :P . You're also a blacktail not white xD! Back to topic: did you met coyotes and bears? If yes, what are their interactions to you? Edited by Bigwhale, Oct 3 2012, 08:34 AM.

Nooo, not Redtail D: *doesn't like that name*. But thank you, i'm so glad you liked the video! I'll try to record some more as soon as possible, but it might have to wait until this weekend as i've got a pretty busy schedule for the rest of the week. Doesn't leave much time for hunting :( Here is a small update to demonstrate another very realistic feature of this game. As you guys know, the animals don't always die right away depending on where you shoot them. It's almost always an instant death if you hit a lung or some other vital organ, and other times they'll die from blood loss if you hit a spot heavy with blood vessels. But, what happens if it's somewhere in the middle? What if it's not an instant death, but the animal doesn't bleed to death either? Well, this is what happens... Posted Image This is a mule deer that I shot from a distance and managed to injure but not kill. It fled for a few seconds, then collapsed into the grass, still alive but unable to get up. It followed me with its head as I walked around it, watching my every move. Here is another, closer photo... Posted Image Eventually I took pity on it and shot it in the lung at a distance of 7.7ft. I thought this would kill it instantly, but it actually took almost a full second for its head to drop. Realism to its finest. Posted Image Here is the final result. Trophy Statistics Specie: Mule Deer Sex: Buck Score: 168.267 Weight: 112.207 kg (247.4 lbs) Shot Distance: 60.580 m (198.8 ft) - 2.340 m (7.7 ft) Time of harvest: Sept. 29, 2012, 12:01AM Point of impact: First shot - Body. Second shot - Left and right lungs. |

You're evil!!!! Poor deer! No just kidding! Funny behavior. The eyes look a bit weird. Again congrats for your savage kill XD! And have you met bears and coyotes? What are their interaction? (really your stunned Mule deer hunt resembles a drama! Lol :P ) |

Lol, thank you I guess XD I haven't encountered any more bears since the scenerio I explained a few pages back, and as for coyotes, i've only seen one once, in the distance. Unfortunately, that was before I bought premium so I couldn't shoot it, and I haven't encountered any since. |

Even though it's just a game, I still think it was good of you to put it out of it's misery and get the death over with, instead of letting it suffer unnecessarily. :) YOU SHALL BE MY REDTAIL! *Evil laugh* |

Meh, I thought it was cool to see it up-close and still alive :P I like playing things realistic too, but it was a rare opportunity to check it out in detail without it being dead. |
