But now that you've commented, i'm curious... what do you think about hunting games or just hunting in general? I know everyones views on it who've commented here, and now you're +1 to theHunter family so i'd like to know what you think too.
I never told how I think about hunting. :P

How rude zooty! You forgot poor Ghostie. :P

Anyways, that is such a cool feature! At first I thought you were just showing some sort of glitch or something and I was like "AAAH, ZOMBIE DEER" but then I read that you injured it haha :P

Oh, and I love hunting! Fully support it as long as the kill doesn't go to waste. Though I haven't played very many hunting games (Mostly because the majority are so unrealistic lol).

You should record another hunt, it was cool to watch. ^_^

The way the head is, in some games the textures would be overlapping and it would look pretty ugly, but that is beautiful realism, ignoring the fact that I'm basically saying a dead deer is beautiful... I'M SORRY MOTHER NATURE! I'M A GOOD COW! (A)

Pffft. My hunt was way more pro than Zooty's.

So what about that narrated video? I think your logic against it is silly.

I actually do feel kind of bad about forgetting Ghost D: I'm sorry! XD

But that's awesome TM, and I agree. Can I ask what hunting games you have played? I might know them as I have a couple myself :) As for recording another hunt, i'll do my best to record - at the very least - one more this weekend, but i'll try to get two or three up. You also have to keep in mind that, for me, it takes about two hours for a ten minute video to finalize D: So that's another limiting factor as to how frequently I can upload, but that shouldn't be much of an issue.

Kyle, true that :P

Eric, my logic is logical. Remember in your tutorial how you couldn't figure out how to run? That's because you were talking when the little tutorial box popped up telling you how, and so you missed it. That confirms my point that narrating is distracting :P And besides, my voice would ruin the video. It's supposed to be serene and focused on the beauty of the natural environment and the hunt, but you can't really appreciate that as much if you're distracted by someones talking the whole time. What would I talk about anyways? How beautiful the game is? People can see that for themselves :P

Narrating is only as distracting as much as you allow it to be. :P I had no idea what to expect of the game, but given that you know much more about it, I'm sure those little details I missed wouldn't be too difficult to cruise by - and you can instead focus on the game itself. I think the focus of the game is already a given, and you need only be a little creative if you want something to talk about. In DVD movies, sometimes you have the option to listen to the commentary, and the movie can sometimes be a serene movie. However, the option is there and people still appreciate the comments in the audio because they choose to listen to you.

In the end, it's all about creativity and how you make the gameplay into something entertaining to watch despite the content in it. I'm still learning, so obviously my narration has its flaws as you pointed out, but I think it's still fun to do for both the narrator and those that appreciate the time.

Either way, I'm just trying to give you a hard time. :P And also, TM instigated this.

You have a good point, but the difference is in the kind of videos we're making. You're making review videos, while i'm just making gameplay videos. Narration is essential for a review video but not so much for a gameplay one. That's when it becomes optional, and personally, when I watch a video for a game like this I prefer not to have someone talking through the whole thing. That's why I won't narrate, because i'm not going to produce a video that I, myself, would find annoying to watch.

I think it's time we introduced a new specie to our collection. This is the second of the two Roosevelt Elk that i've taken to date, and although the first one had a more impressive rack of antlers, I think the photo for this one turned out a lot nicer. Hopefully the new specie can make up for it being yet another deer :P Just hang in there a little longer and i'll be sure to get you guys something different very soon.

Nice! 3 animals for 5 rifles? Wow :O ! I'll need 6-10 Shots for killing an animal in hunting games.
